Brentford and Chelsea will meet in the Premier League on today Wednesday.

And Brentford and Chelsea are both reportedly interested in signing the 31-year-old, who has also been linked with a move to AS Monaco.

Slimani joined Leicester from Sporting Lisbon in 2016 for a club-record fee of £28 million but has struggled to make an impact at the Foxes.

Brentford will be looking to continue their push for promotion to the Premier League when they take on Chelsea in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

The Bees are currently third in the table, four points behind leaders Norwich City, while Chelsea are fifth, seven points off the pace.

Brentford have lost just one of their last 10 league games, and they will be full of confidence following their 3-1 win over Barnsley last time out.

Chelsea, meanwhile, are unbeaten in their last nine Championship outings, and they will be keen to close the gap on the top two with a victory this weekend.
